A short swim out, the reef fills with hard and soft coral and schools of small fish, and parts of the Amed coast have artificial reef structures placed to help the coral recover. Float quietly and the fish drift up around you. Bring reef-safe sunscreen if you can, since ordinary sunscreen harms the coral you have come to see.
