Best Time to Visit Bali

Dry vs wet season - what to expect month to month.

Bali Guide › Good to Know

Bali is warm and tropical all year, so there's no truly bad time to visit - but the seasons do differ. The dry season, roughly April to October, is the sunniest and most popular, with lower humidity and the best conditions for temples, treks, and beaches.

The wet season, around November to March, brings short, heavy downpours rather than all-day rain, along with lush green landscapes, fewer crowds, and lower prices. Mornings often stay clear.

July, August, and the holiday periods are the busiest and priciest. Whenever you come, pack light clothes plus a layer for cool highland mornings.
