Bali's interior is full of waterfalls, from easy roadside stops to wild jungle treks. They range from wide, powerful curtains of water to tall, narrow drops hidden deep in the rainforest.
Near Ubud, Tegenungan is one of the most accessible, with a natural pool at its base for a swim. In the north, Sekumpul - a cluster of tall falls in a jungle amphitheatre - is often called the most beautiful in Bali, though reaching it means a proper trek.
Many waterfalls have pools you can swim in, making them a refreshing break on a day of sightseeing. Bring a swimsuit, a towel, and shoes with grip.
